Dual-Speed 2 HP Pool Pump

This VEVOR above-ground pool pump runs on 110 V with a pure-copper motor that delivers 2.0 HP at high speed and 0.44 HP at low speed. It is built for continuous water filtration in pools up to 36 000 gallons and handles water temperatures up to 122 °F.

Who It Suits and Who It Doesn't

The dual-speed design suits owners who want strong turnover at 118 GPM and a quieter, low-energy mode at 57 GPM for routine circulation. It is not for installations needing more than 56 ft of head lift, pools larger than the rated capacity, or filter tanks outside the 22–24 in range.

Deciding Specification

The pump provides two fixed operating points: high speed at 118 GPM with 56 ft head lift and low speed at 57 GPM with 14 ft head lift. Match those flow and lift figures to your plumbing and filter sizing to confirm the pump will meet the system curve.
