A 550W commercial food processor with 1600 RPM motor and six detachable cutting disks for shredding and slicing vegetables
The VEVOR JKC-300 is a 550W electric vegetable cutter built for commercial kitchens that need consistent slicing and shredding. Its 1600 RPM motor drives cutting disks at 270 RPM to handle large batches quickly. Two feeding holes accommodate different vegetable sizes for continuous workflow.
Food-grade stainless steel and silver-anodised cast aluminium alloy form the main body, while rubber feet keep the 23kg unit stable on the bench. A magnetic security switch stops the motor instantly when the hopper is opened. The transparent ON/OFF cover adds protection during cleaning, and the supplied feeding bar shields fingers from the blades.
Six detachable disks provide 3mm, 4mm and 7mm shred plus 2mm and 4mm slice settings for varied textures. The belt drive transmits power from the 550W motor to the disks at a steady 270 RPM. A scraping bowl and cleaning brush are included for quick changeovers between tasks.
