Manual Cup Sealer for Bubble Tea Shops

The VEVOR manual cup sealer is built for cafés and bubble-tea outlets that need reliable sealing without electricity. A carbon-steel frame and rubberised feet give the unit commercial-grade stability on a busy counter. It accepts 90 mm and 95 mm diameter cups made from PP, PE or PS plastic and handles cup heights up to 150 mm. An included 90 mm adapter lets you switch sizes quickly during service.

Manual Lever Operation and Material Limits

Sealing is driven by a hand lever, so output depends entirely on operator speed — the supplier rates it at 300 to 500 cups per hour. The machine only works when the cup and film share the same material: PP, PE or PS. PET cups, paper cups, glass cups and any cup with an inner diameter above 88 mm cannot be sealed. No power connection is required, but the operator must apply consistent force for each seal.

Throughput Headroom and Physical Footprint

At the top end of 500 cups per hour the sealer keeps pace with a steady lunch rush; below 300 cups per hour it suits quieter periods or mobile setups. The unit measures 27 x 27 x 65 cm and weighs 8.5 kg, so it fits on a standard prep table but is not designed for frequent relocation. Buyers needing higher volumes, electric automation or compatibility with PET and paper cups should look elsewhere.
