Reach and Adjustability

This manual pole saw extends from 7.3 ft to 27 ft using eight fiberglass poles. The double-lock joints secure each section firmly while the 10 % weight reduction keeps the tool at 13 lbs for comfortable overhead work. It converts to a hand-held saw for low branches and brush.

Included Cutting Tools

The package supplies one extra double-hook saw, two single-hook saws and a pair of scissors. A rust-proof carbon-steel blade with teflon coating measures 0.05 in / 1.2 mm thick and adds top and bottom hook knives to clear twigs and free stuck branches. A saw sleeve and PE bag complete the kit.

Weight and Portability

At 13 lbs / 5.9 kg the assembled saw remains light enough for extended trimming sessions without excessive fatigue. The fiberglass construction resists bending while the collapsible pole sections fit into the supplied bag for storage and transport.

Questions about this item

How often will the carbon-steel blade and teflon coating need sharpening or replacement?

The 0.05" thick carbon-steel blade with teflon coating resists rust and stays sharp through extended pruning; inspect the edge after heavy use and sharpen or replace only when cutting performance drops.

What is the first limit reached when using the pole at its full 27 ft extension for long periods?

At 27 ft the combined flex of the eight fiberglass sections and the 13 lb weight become the limiting factors, making precise control harder before the double-lock joints show any play.

Does the saw generate noticeable heat or vibration during all-day trimming sessions?

No motor means no heat buildup; the only vibration comes from the sawing motion itself, and the lightweight fiberglass poles dampen it so fatigue stays low even after hours of work.
