Horizontal 7 L sausage stuffer with dual-speed gears, 304 stainless steel construction and five filling tubes for sausages, hot dogs and snack sticks
This 7 L horizontal sausage stuffer handles 15 lbs of meat per batch, built entirely from 304 stainless steel for home kitchens and commercial operations. Dual-speed control lets the operator switch between fast filling and slow casing work with a single ergonomic handle.
The cylinder, base, main body and all five stuffing tubes are 304 stainless steel, resisting corrosion and simplifying cleanup after each use. Horizontal layout lowers the centre of gravity for stability on the bench, while the 690 x 210 x 220 mm footprint keeps the unit steady during extended runs.
Replaces smaller vertical models that require frequent refilling and can tip under load, cutting batch count for high-volume sessions. The jump is worth it when producing multiple sausage varieties back to back, thanks to the five tube sizes and 15 lbs capacity in one fill.

The dual-speed control lets you switch between fast and slow gears. Fast gear moves the piston quickly for large batches. Slow gear increases torque for dense mixtures or small casings.
The stuffer occupies 690 mm length, 210 mm width and 220 mm height. Allow extra length ahead of the cylinder for the handle swing and tube changes.
Slide the piston into the cylinder, lock the handle onto the drive shaft, then push the chosen tube onto the outlet until it seats. The step often missed is securing the piston lock before loading meat.
