Mounts and demounts 8–16 inch tyres on cars, trucks and trailers with a portable 14 kg hand-operated bead breaker
This manual bead breaker mounts and demounts tyres from 203 to 406 mm diameter. The compact frame weighs 14 kg and measures 460 by 380 by 940 mm, so it fits in a home garage or small auto shop. It handles car, truck and trailer wheels without powered equipment.
The unit must be anchored securely or it will shift under leverage. Lubricate beads generously to avoid rim damage. The lever arm needs clear swing space; low ceilings or crowded benches make operation difficult. No pneumatic or hydraulic assistance is included.
Measured against everything we stock in Specialty Kitchen Gadgets, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The tool handles 203 mm to 406 mm tyres; when the arm clamps the rim flange and the lever applies force, the bead separates cleanly across that range.
The package includes one tyre changer unit weighing 14 kg; mounting lubricant, valve tools and wheel weights are not supplied.
