Portable Band Saw 5 in Cut

The VEVOR BW2111 is a cordless band saw powered by a 20 V brushless motor rated at 360 W. It accepts a 44.88 x 0.51 x 0.03 in blade with 10/14 TPI and offers a maximum cutting depth of 5 x 4.53 in. Variable speed runs from 0 to 120 m/min with an integrated LED work light for visibility.

Who This Suits

Tradespeople cutting steel, aluminium, cable, angle iron or PVC pipe on site will appreciate the sparkless brushless motor and stepless speed control. The bare-tool format suits users who already own compatible 20 V batteries. Buyers needing a stationary bench saw or a model supplied with battery and charger should look elsewhere.

Capacity and Headroom

The 127 x 115 mm throat handles round stock up to 5 in and rectangular sections up to 4.53 in wide. At 120 m/min the saw clears thin-wall pipe and sheet quickly, but thick solid bar will slow the feed. The 13.12 lb bare weight is manageable for overhead cuts, yet extended heavy use may demand a second battery not included.

Questions about this item

What 20 V battery platform powers this bare-tool band saw?

It runs on any VEVOR 20 V lithium-ion battery pack; the saw itself ships without a battery or charger.

Will the included 10/14 TPI blade cut the same 5 x 4.53 in depth in steel and aluminium?

Yes, the 44.88 x 0.51 x 0.03 in blade handles the full 127 x 115 mm rectangular capacity in metal, wood and PVC.

How can I confirm the brushless motor is delivering the full 0-120 m/min range after setup?

Turn the speed knob to maximum; the blade should move smoothly and the LED sight light stays steady without stalling under load.
