Air cooling demands adequate ventilation clearance around the 525 x 375 x 540 mm cabinet to prevent overheating. Operators must follow the initial 40-second pre-cooling cycle before ice production begins, or the machine will not shave correctly.

Capacity and Daily Limits

The 24-hour output reaches 180 kg when the machine runs continuously with the roller speed properly adjusted for the desired texture. Output drops if the 4 L bucket fills and is not emptied, or if ambient temperatures reduce the air-cooling efficiency. The stepless speed regulation allows fine tuning for snow, spaghetti or waterfall ice shapes, but the single 1.1 gal reservoir limits uninterrupted run time between refills.
