80 ft Retractable Cord Reel

This 80-foot retractable extension cord reel supplies 15 A at 125 V for workshop, garage or job-site power. The heavy-duty 12 AWG SJTOW cable resists water, oil, acid, alkali and ozone. A 4.5 ft lead-in cord connects the reel to the mains supply.

PP Case with 180° Swivel Bracket

The polypropylene housing weighs 22 lbs and mounts on a wall or ceiling using the included screw set. A 180-degree swivel bracket lets the reel pivot to follow the work area. An automatic extension mechanism pulls the cord out and retracts it smoothly after use.

15 A Breaker and Triple Outlet

A built-in 15 A circuit breaker cuts power during overloads or short circuits. The lighted triple tap outlet shows when the strip is energised and powers three devices at once. The assembly is rated for 1875 W at 60 Hz.

Questions about this item

What voltage and wattage does the 125V 1875W rating actually support on the triple tap outlet?

The outlet is rated for AC 125V at 1875W with a 15A circuit breaker, so it will support standard 125V devices up to that combined load.

What mounting hardware and clearance does the 7.09-inch wide reel with 180° swivel bracket require?

The unit includes a screw set for wall or ceiling mounting; the 180° swivel bracket needs enough clearance to rotate freely without hitting adjacent surfaces.

How do you tension the 80 ft SJTOW cord so it retracts fully without sticking?

Pull the cord out until the internal ratchet engages, then give a short tug to release the lock and let the spring retract the cord evenly onto the spool.
