Purpose and fit

This 6 kW electric sauna stove suits home, hotel or spa rooms from 176 to 318 cubic feet. It runs on 220-240 V AC and includes a built-in knob with a three-hour timer and a temperature range up to 230 °F or 110 °C. Buyers who need a larger-capacity heater or a different voltage should look elsewhere.

Thermals, noise and power

The unit draws 6 kW at 60 Hz and uses a 304 stainless steel heating element for even heat distribution. It requires up to 33 lbs of sauna stones, which are not included, to absorb and radiate heat. The aluminized zinc shell resists corrosion in high humidity. No fan or active cooling is mentioned, so operation is silent.

Installation and space

The heater measures 16.1 by 10.6 by 22 inches and weighs 22.04 lbs. A dedicated 220-240 V circuit and proper clearances per local code are required. The package supplies the stove, a screw set and wiring terminals; stones and any additional mounting hardware must be sourced separately.

Questions about this item

How do I wire the 220-240VAC 60HZ supply to the built-in knob controls, and what step is often missed?

Connect the 220-240VAC 60HZ supply to the provided wiring terminals; the step often missed is confirming the circuit breaker matches the 6KW load before energising the heater.

What maintenance will the 304 stainless steel heating element and aluminized zinc shell need over time?

Inspect the 304 stainless steel element for scale build-up and the aluminized zinc shell for corrosion; clean stones and replace any that crumble after repeated heat cycles.

What is the first limit reached during a long session at the maximum 110°C setting?

The 3-hour timer cuts power first; after that the 33 lbs stone mass reaches thermal saturation and temperature stabilises.
