1200 lbs Capacity Adjustable Bench

The VEVOR SJ602 is a heavy-duty weight bench built from 75x50x1.5 mm Q235 steel for a 1200 lbs load rating. It suits home-gym owners who need a stable platform for pressing, rowing and core work without commercial-grade footprint.

Folding Footprint Limits Portability

When folded the bench measures 1265x530x415 mm and weighs 16.7 kg, so it still occupies significant floor space and requires two hands to move. Buyers with very small apartments or who must stow equipment vertically after every session will find the folded bulk a constraint.

1200 lbs Rating Decides Suitability

The 1200 lbs / 544 kg capacity is the single figure that determines whether this bench matches your training load. Lifters planning to exceed that combined body-weight-plus-plate total need a higher-rated platform; anyone staying below it gets a rigid, wobble-free base.

Questions about this item

How do I decide between the flat and inclined positions on the SJ602 bench?

The bench offers 7 back positions, 3 seat positions, 2 footrest positions and 2 leg-feet positions; pull the quick-release bolts or rotate the adjuster to lock the angle you need for each exercise.

What does the 1200 lbs capacity mean when I am lifting on this bench?

The 1200 lbs / 544 kg rating is the maximum combined load the 75x50x1.5 mm Q235 steel frame is tested to support during use.

Does the folded size fit through a standard doorway?

Folded dimensions are 1265 x 530 x 415 mm (49.8 x 20.9 x 16.3 inch), narrow enough for most interior doorways.
