Commercial Food Prep Table

This VEVOR stainless steel work table measures 24 x 18 x 34 inch and supports a total load of 700 lbs. It is built for commercial kitchens, restaurants and food-service operations that need a hygienic, mobile prep surface. The SUS201 construction meets public health standards for direct food contact.

Thermals Noise Power Draw

The table has no motors, fans or electrical components, so it produces no heat, no noise and draws no power. Stability comes from 0.8mm thick stainless steel legs and four 4 inch swivel casters, two of which include brakes to lock the unit in place during use.

Shelf Load Capacity Decides Fit

The upper shelf holds 400 lbs and the lower shelf holds 300 lbs, giving a combined 700 lbs rating. If your workflow requires heavier per-shelf loads or more than three fixed height positions, this table will not meet those needs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the four swivel casters and which bolts go where?

Fit each 4-inch caster using the four M8×16 mm bolts; the four M8×30 mm bolts secure the shelf brackets. The supplied hexagon wrench tightens all eight bolts.

What upkeep will the SUS201 stainless top and the two braked casters need over time?

Wipe the SUS201 surface with mild detergent; lubricate the caster swivels and check brake engagement every few months to keep movement smooth.

At what load does the lower shelf reach its limit before the 700 lb total capacity?

The lower shelf is rated for 300 lbs, so it hits its limit first when heavy stock is concentrated there.
