Shower tray 48 by 48 inches

The VEVOR VV-LYDZ-ABS4848Z kit supplies a one-piece EPS foam shower tray measuring 48 inches square with a central 4-inch drainage hole. A built-in 5-degree slope directs water toward the centre from all four sides. The tray surface carries a grey water-impermeable membrane with a fluffy texture designed to accept mortar directly.

ABS flange and cuttable curbs

An ABS bonding flange and auxiliary drainage device fit 2-inch waste pipes, while a gravity-operated 304 stainless steel grate seals automatically to reduce blockages. Two XPS extruded-board curbs each measure 48 by 4.5 by 6 inches and can be trimmed to the exact length required on site. The rigid foam construction keeps the curbs light yet stable during installation.

Membrane sheets and sealing kit included

The box provides two water-impermeable membrane sheets covering 121.3 square feet in total, plus four inside corners, two outside corners, a valve and pipe seal, a flange collar and a drainage assistant. A trowel is also supplied for spreading mortar over the membrane. These components form a complete watertight package without the need to source separate sealing materials.
