Adjustable Aluminium Work Plank

The VEVOR WBS-019 is a telescoping aluminium plank that extends from 9 to 15 feet and supports up to 500 lbs. Its 12.5 inch wide skid-proof platform gives tradespeople a stable standing surface for painting, maintenance or construction tasks at height.

Replaces Fixed-Length Boards

Adjustable length removes the need to store and carry multiple solid planks for different ceiling heights. The jump is worth it when jobs require frequent repositioning across spans between 2743.2 mm and 4572 mm and a single rigid board would be too short or too long.

Fits Standard Scaffold Frames

The plank weighs 38.47 lb and measures 102.36 x 12.8 x 3.34 inches when closed, so it loads into a van or garage without special racking. Two stainless steel wing screws and one hexagonal screw with nuts lock the extension securely, freeing up setup time on site.

Questions about this item

What clearance does the 12.5 in wide plank need between scaffold brackets?

The plank is 12.5 in wide and 3.34 in thick when closed, so brackets must accept at least those dimensions.

Which fasteners lock the telescopic sections at the chosen length?

Two stainless steel wing screws and one stainless steel hexagonal screw with matching nuts secure the extension; tighten all three before loading.

What part of the skid-proof platform wears first and how is it replaced?

The textured aluminium deck surface wears with heavy foot traffic; the plank is a single welded unit, so the entire 38.47 lb assembly is replaced when grip degrades.
