Strength and Speed Training

This weight sled is built from Q235 steel with a powder-coated finish and supports a maximum load of 276.6 lbs or 125 kg. It measures 24 by 13 by 14.6 inches and weighs 10.6 lbs. Two front pull hooks keep the sled stable during dragging exercises for athletes and beginners.

Harness and Plate Compatibility

The bundle includes a thicker harness with reinforced stitching, sponge padding and adjustable shoulder straps plus a pulling strap and installation accessories. Dual support bars accept both 1-inch and 2-inch weight plates with double metal sleeves so plates can be changed without removing the bar.

Steel Construction Limits

The Q235 steel frame and outdoor powder coating resist corrosion but the sled has no wheels or bearings so it must be dragged across turf, grass or rubber flooring. Harness attachment points are fixed and the 15.75-inch width may restrict use in narrow lanes or tight indoor spaces.

Questions about this item

How often should the powder-coated Q235 steel frame be inspected for wear or corrosion?

The frame uses powder-coated Q235 steel rated for 125 kg load capacity. Inspect welds and coating before each session; touch up any chips to maintain corrosion resistance.

What limits continuous dragging sessions on this sled?

The 125 kg maximum load on the 1 in and 2 in support bars is the primary limit. Exceeding this weight risks bending the sleeves or compromising the harness attachment points.

Does the sled generate noticeable noise or heat during all-day outdoor training?

The steel-on-ground contact produces scraping noise on rough surfaces, but no mechanical heat builds up. Harness padding reduces vibration transfer to the user during extended pulls.
