Commercial Ice Cream Maker

The VEVOR XZ-628 is a 750W high-speed ice cream blender built for commercial kitchens and high-volume dessert production. Its full 304 stainless steel body and mixing head provide durability and easy cleaning. The machine operates at a motor speed of 1740RPM with an auger speed of 1000RPM for efficient mixing.

Suited for high-output venues.

This unit suits cafes, restaurants, and catering services that need continuous output from two 5L hoppers. The operating temperature range of -10 to 40°C supports varied environments. Buyers who only need occasional batches or have limited counter space should look at smaller countertop models.

Twin 5L hoppers reduce refill frequency

Two large-capacity PC hoppers minimise refill time during peak service. The pull-up lever raises the mixing blades for access, while a side water pump button and external drainage pipe simplify cleaning. The 62.5 kg weight and 570 x 302 x 760 mm footprint require a sturdy, permanent station.

Questions about this item

What power supply does the VEVOR XZ-628 750W ice cream maker require to operate?

The machine runs on a standard mains supply rated for 750W; ensure your circuit can deliver that load continuously during mixing.

Can the 5L PC hoppers and 304 stainless steel mixing head be used with a slower, older motor base I already own?

No, the hoppers and mixing head are built for the integrated 1740RPM motor and 1000RPM auger speed; they will not fit or function correctly on a different base.

How can I confirm the auger is turning at the correct 1000RPM after I assemble the unit?

With no load in the hoppers, listen for a steady high-pitched whine from the motor — that sound indicates the auger is spinning at its rated 1000RPM.
