Capacity and Construction

The VEVOR YL1701 is a folding game cart rated for 500 lbs capacity. Its alloy steel frame uses 0.87-inch diameter tubing made from Iron Q195/1.5T material to handle heavy loads during hunting or outdoor trips.

Suitable Users and Limitations

This cart suits hunters and outdoor workers who need puncture-proof 17-inch solid rubber wheels on rough ground. It is not for buyers who require inflatable tyres for softer flotation or a lighter frame for frequent carrying over long distances.

Assembly and Common Issues

The unit arrives as one piece with a folding mechanism for quick setup. The ring-lock hitch pins on the wheels secure the axles during use. The main difficulty is manoeuvring the 26.12 lb folded cart into tight storage spaces.

Questions about this item

Does the cart arrive fully assembled or do I need tools to attach the 17-inch solid rubber wheels?

The 17-inch solid rubber wheels use a hitch pin with a ring-lock design so they secure without tools; the cart folds flat and unfolds for use.

Will the 1120 mm ergonomic handle clear my 48-inch gun case when the cart is folded for storage?

Folded dimensions are 1260 x 630 x 1035 mm, so the 1120 mm handle lies within that footprint and will not extend past a 48-inch case.

How can I confirm the 500 lb rating is holding on rough ground without a scale?

The 17-inch solid rubber tires eliminate punctures and the .87-inch alloy steel frame resists flex; if the cart tracks straight and the ring-lock pins stay seated, the structure is performing to its 227 kg capacity.
