Vibra-TITE removable gel threadlocker 35 ml applicator 12535

Vibra-TITE Removable Gel Threadlocker

Vibra-TITE 12535 is a removable gel threadlocker supplied in a 35 ml bottle. The blue compound acts as a filler and repair material for threaded fasteners. It suits automotive and general mechanical assembly where adjustable locking strength is required. The product condition is new and was first listed by the manufacturer in 2020.

Upgrade From Liquid Threadlockers

The gel consistency replaces runny liquid threadlockers that drip or migrate during application. It stays in place on vertical or overhead threads without messy overflow. The jump is worth it when you need precise placement on specific bolts and easier cleanup before curing. Mechanics who want controlled dispensing on 16 mm or larger fasteners benefit most.

Behaviour Under Sustained Vibration

The removable formulation maintains holding power while allowing disassembly with standard hand tools after extended service. It resists loosening from constant vibration and thermal cycling in engine or chassis assemblies. The cured gel does not become brittle over time, preserving breakaway torque consistency. It is not for permanent locking needs or high-temperature exhaust components.
