Vibra-TITE Threadlocker Green Medium Strength 50mL

Threadlocker for fine threads

Vibra-TITE Green is a medium-strength wicking compound supplied in a 50 mL bottle. The low-viscosity formula flows into assembled fasteners by capillary action, so disassembly is not required before application. It suits maintenance tasks where bolts cannot be removed but still need reliable locking.

Wicking action changes the workflow

Because the liquid penetrates pre-tightened threads, technicians can secure existing assemblies without the downtime of loosening and cleaning each joint. The 50 mL volume covers multiple repair jobs while the medium strength keeps fasteners removable with standard hand tools when service is eventually needed.

Anaerobic chemistry cures in the joint

The compound hardens only when confined between metal surfaces and excluded from air, preventing premature skinning in the bottle. This behaviour eliminates mess on surrounding surfaces and ensures the bond forms precisely where the threads engage. Users who need high-temperature resistance or large-gap filling should select a different grade.
