Desk Calculator for High-Volume Use

The Victor 12403A is a 12-digit printing calculator built for continuous office or educational work. An antimicrobial agent is engineered into the housing to reduce microbial growth that causes discoloration and odours. Its two-colour printer runs at 4.3 lines per second and runs on AC power.

Suited to Accountants and Students.

Professionals who need printed audit trails, tax calculations and markup functions will benefit from the dedicated keys and 12-digit fluorescent display. Users who require battery operation, a compact handheld form factor or silent non-printing entry should consider a different class of device.

Integrates into a Wired Desk Setup

The unit connects to a standard mains outlet, freeing the user from battery replacement and providing consistent print speed. The independent four-key memory and sigma functions streamline repetitive totals, while the backspace key corrects entry errors without restarting the calculation.

Questions about this item

Does the Victor 12403A need batteries, or is a wall outlet enough?

The calculator is AC powered, so it plugs into a standard wall outlet and does not require batteries.

Will the 12-digit fluorescent display and 4.3 LPS two-color printer keep up with my existing manual ledger workflow?

The large 12-digit display shows every entry clearly, and the 4.3 lines-per-second printer produces black and red ink output that matches traditional ledger formatting.

How can I verify the antimicrobial surface is active after I start using the calculator?

The antimicrobial agent is engineered into the plastic during manufacturing to reduce microbial growth and odors; it works continuously without any indicator lights or user activation.
