Core features

The Victor 6700 is a sixteen-digit desktop calculator built for everyday office and classroom arithmetic. Its extra-large angled LCD and hybrid battery-solar power keep numbers readable in any light. Dedicated tax, mark-up and grand-total keys streamline common business calculations. Blue metallic accents give the unit a clean, professional look.

Who it suits and who it does not

Students, administrators and small-business users who need a wide display and quick tax functions will find the 6700 practical. Buyers who require scientific, graphing or programmable functions should look at a different class of calculator. The fixed 16 x 1 character layout also limits multi-line formula review.

Deciding specification

The sixteen-digit display capacity sets the maximum number length you can enter or view at once. If your figures regularly exceed sixteen digits, this model will truncate them and a wider-display unit is needed.

Questions about this item

Does the Victor 6700 need an external power adapter to operate?

No, it runs on hybrid power — solar with battery backup — so no mains adapter is required.

Can I keep using my existing paper rolls with this calculator?

The Victor 6700 has no printer, so paper rolls are not used; results appear on the 16-digit angled LCD.

How do I confirm the Victor 6700 is calculating correctly after I unbox it?

Enter a simple sum such as 2 + 2 and verify the 16-digit display shows 4; the backspace key lets you correct any entry mistake.
