VIGITRON
Extends Ethernet over UTP to eight ports with 60 W PoE power
The VIGITRON Vi2308A is an 8-port MaxiiCopper Ethernet extender designed to run over UTP cabling. It delivers up to 60W of Power over Ethernet for connected devices. This unit suits installers extending network reach for security cameras and access points. It simplifies deployments where additional switching or fibre is impractical.
This extender replaces separate mid-span injectors or additional switches by combining data extension and 60W PoE in one chassis. The jump is worth it when camera runs exceed standard Ethernet distance limits and power budgets are tight. It is not for buyers who need fibre uplinks or managed switching features.
