Product Identity

These Viking 2910PY-XXL rain bib pants are made from 37.6 oz polyester with a PVC lining for waterproof protection. They are sized 2XL with a 42 in maximum waist and a 33 in inseam, finished in yellow for workplace visibility. The elastic waist and adjustable cuffs secure the fit, while a hook-and-loop fly closure allows quick access.

Upgrade Context

This garment replaces lighter rain trousers that lack a bib upper or PVC lining, adding chest coverage and a heavier fabric weight for prolonged wet conditions. The jump is worth it when daily exposure demands full front protection and a durable shell that resists tearing on rough sites.

Fit Check

Confirm the wearer’s waist does not exceed 42 in and that a 33 in inseam matches leg length before ordering. Verify that an elastic waist with hook-and-loop fly meets site dress codes and that the absence of pockets aligns with tool-carry requirements.

Questions about this item

What waist size does the elastic closure on these 2XL bib pants accommodate?

The elastic waist stretches to a maximum of 42 inches, fitting the stated 2XL size.

How do the adjustable ankle cuffs secure, and what step ensures they stay closed?

Pull the cuff tabs tight and press the hook-and-loop strips fully together; loose alignment lets water wick up the leg.

When should the PVC lining be inspected or the garment replaced?

Replace the pants when the 37.6 oz polyester shell shows abrasion tears or the PVC coating cracks and peels.
