Emergency phone for door and gate security

The Viking K-1500-EHFA is a corded emergency phone built for commercial, industrial and residential door or gate communication. It also suits truck-stop fuel islands and business delivery entrances where a simple hands-free or handset unit is required. The phone mounts in a standard emergency phone enclosure and draws power from the telephone line. No dial pad is fitted, keeping operation straightforward.

Installation uses a standard enclosure

Mounting follows the dimensions of a standard emergency phone enclosure, so no special cut-outs are needed. Because the unit is phone-line powered, there is no separate mains supply to run. The auto-answer feature for remote monitoring can be disabled during setup, and an adjustable time-out limits prank calls between approximately 30 seconds and 7 minutes. No programming of dial numbers is required.

Suits ringdown circuits and hot-line dialer setups

This model works on any programmed ringdown circuit of an analog PABX or KSU station, or with a Viking Hot-Line Dialer on C. O. lines. Buyers who need automatic emergency dialling or a built-in keypad should look at alternative units. It is also not intended for installations that require VoIP or digital PBX integration without an analog gateway.
