Wired 4-pin system for two apartments

This visiPower kit includes one outdoor doorbell and two 10-inch indoor touch monitors. It connects each monitor to the doorbell with a four-core cable for stable power and video transmission. The system suits a single building housing two households that want shared entry control.

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only for app features

The indoor monitors join the home network on the 2.4 GHz band to enable Tuya Smart App alerts, remote unlock and motion notifications. All video and audio between the doorbell and monitors travel over the wired link, so the wireless link is only for smartphone integration. Motion clips and snapshots are stored on the included 32 GB micro SD card.

Check door lock wiring and power supply

The electric door lock connects to the outdoor doorbell unit and requires the supplied power supply control module to operate correctly. Verify that you can run a four-core cable between each monitor location and the doorbell, and that a mains outlet is available for the power supply control. The monitors do not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
