Unbleached Parchment Sheets for Baking

VITEVER 50PPA supplies 50 pre-cut sheets made from 100% natural wood pulp. Each sheet measures 12 x 16 inches and is completely unbleached, non-toxic, fluorescent free and chlorine free. The food-grade material lets you place items directly on the surface without concern.

Heat Resistance and Non-Stick Performance

A food-grade silicone coating makes every sheet waterproof, greaseproof and non-stick. The paper withstands temperatures up to 450 degrees so it can line pans directly in the oven. At 45gsm thickness the sheets are strong enough to lift loaded food without tearing.

Pre-Cut Convenience for Half Sheet Pans

Sheets arrive ready to use with no measuring, trimming or unrolling required. The 12 x 16 inch size fits most standard half sheet pans and lies flat without curling at the edges. Clean-up is simplified because dough and baked goods release cleanly from the coated surface.

Questions about this item

How do I place the 12 x 16 IN sheets on a half-sheet pan without them curling up?

Lay each pre-cut sheet flat on the pan; the 12 x 16 IN size matches standard half-sheet pans so the paper stays flat without rolling at the edges.

When will I need to replace the parchment paper during a long baking session?

Each sheet is single-use; after one bake the silicone coating is spent, so you discard it and pull a fresh sheet from the 50-count pack.

What temperature limit should I watch for when using these sheets in a hot oven?

The paper is rated to 450 degrees; exceeding that temperature can scorch the wood-pulp base and break down the non-stick coating.
