Vivitar 120 LED Video Conference Vlog Lighting Kit

Vlog and conference lighting kit

The Vivitar 120 LED Video Conference Vlog Lighting Kit is a compact panel designed for desktop creators who need consistent illumination during calls or recordings. It mounts directly to a laptop lid or monitor using a strong suction cup so no separate stand is required. Six colour inserts slide over the LEDs to shift the tone from cool to warm without external gels. The unit suits streamers, remote workers and students who want a tidy, clip-on solution.

Upgrade from built-in webcam light

Built-in laptop lights are usually a single cool-white LED that casts harsh shadows and cannot be dimmed or coloured. This kit replaces that with 120 LEDs and continuous 0-100% brightness adjustment so output can be matched to ambient conditions. The six inserts let you correct green-magenta shifts from office fluorescents or add warmth for evening streams. The jump is worth it whenever the built-in light looks flat, blows out highlights or clashes with room lighting.

Sustained output on suction mount

The suction mount holds the panel flush to the screen bezel during long sessions without the wobble of clip arms. Because the LEDs run at the selected brightness continuously there is no thermal step-down after a few minutes as seen on some battery-powered rings. Colour inserts stay in place without adhesive residue so the spectrum remains stable across multiple takes. The fixed cable length means the kit stays tethered to the USB port for the duration of the recording.
