Vivitar D2420 3-in-1 Clip Lens Kit

This 3-in-1 kit combines a fisheye, a macro and a wide-angle lens in a single clip-on unit. It is aimed at smartphone and tablet owners who want creative optical effects without carrying separate accessories. The white aluminium barrel houses 13 elements in 10 groups with an HD coating to reduce glare. Manual focus and 0.11x magnification give direct control over close-up detail.

Check your device camera diameter before ordering

The universal clip fits most phones and tablets whose rear camera lens is not larger than 13 mm in diameter. Verify that your handset has a single rear camera; multi-camera arrays may block the clip or cause vignetting. The macro and wide-angle lenses arrive attached together and must stay combined for the wide-angle to function correctly. Ensure you can position the lens 1 to 2 cm from tiny subjects for sharp macro results.

Clip onto a phone or tablet for instant creative

The detachable clip mounts in seconds on iPhone, iPad, Samsung and other compatible devices, freeing you from bulky interchangeable lens systems. A 180-degree angle of view captures expansive landscapes, groups or architecture, while the fisheye delivers a hemispherical perspective for artistic distortion. The compact 6 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm lens barrel slips into a pocket, leaving your bag lighter for travel or daily shoots.

Questions about this item

What comes in the Vivitar D2420 kit and do I need anything else?

The kit includes a fisheye lens, a macro lens and a wide-angle lens that arrive attached together, plus a universal clip that fits smartphones and tablets with rear camera lenses up to 13 mm diameter. No extra accessories are required.

Which lens should I use for close-up detail versus wide scenes?

Use the macro lens alone for extreme close-ups at 1-2 cm distance; combine the macro and wide-angle lenses together for expansive group, building or landscape shots; the fisheye lens gives a 180-degree hemispherical view on its own.

What does the 180-degree angle of view mean when I clip this on my phone?

The fisheye lens captures a full hemispherical field of view, so a single frame fits an ultra-wide scene that a standard phone camera cannot cover, while the 0.11x magnification and f/2.8 aperture maintain brightness across that frame.
