Mobile workstation kit

VIVO 2 inch M10 lockable caster wheels come in a set of four with nuts included. They fit M10 threaded mounts using a 10mm bolt diameter and 25mm stem length. The wheels suit TV carts, desk frames and similar furniture that accepts this metric thread. Buyers whose desks pre-date the November 2020 specification change may need an M8 variant instead.

Floor protection and stability

Polyurethane wheels roll smoothly on all floor types while the powder-coated steel frame resists wear. Swivel action allows tight-corner manoeuvres and integrated brakes lock each caster when a stationary position is required. The set supports a total load of 200 lbs, with each caster rated for 50 lbs. Height from floor measures 2.7 inches.

Ready-to-install hardware

Four mounting nuts are supplied so installation can begin immediately. No additional brackets, tools or software are mentioned in the product data. The accessories simply enable the transition from fixed to mobile furniture without extra purchases.

Questions about this item

How do I install the M10 caster wheels and what step is often missed?

Thread each M10 x 1.5mm x 25mm stem into the mount and tighten the supplied nut. The step people miss is securing the nut fully so the wheel cannot loosen.

What maintenance or replacement will these casters need over time?

The polyurethane treads and swivel bearings wear with heavy rolling. Replace the whole caster when the wheel no longer rolls smoothly or the lock fails to hold.

What limit appears first when the casters are used continuously at full load?

Each caster is rated for 50 lbs. Sustained loads at or above that limit will cause the polyurethane tread to flatten and the swivel to bind first.
