Transparent Acrylic Podium Stand

The VIVO acrylic podium stand is a clear lectern built for speakers who want a minimalist presence on stage. Its transparent construction keeps the audience focused on the presenter rather than the furniture. The 27 inch slanted top surface holds notes, tablets or light devices while a raised lip prevents materials from sliding off. It suits offices, classrooms, venues and houses of worship.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The stand supports a weight capacity of 22 lbs across the 26.8 by 14.1 inch presentation surface. The acrylic column measures 13.4 by 5.4 inches at centre and transfers load to a 22.8 by 12.5 inch base fitted with underside padding. This structure handles continuous use with documents and devices without flex, while the padding protects floor finishes during stationary periods.

Thermals Noise and Power

As a passive acrylic structure the podium produces no operational noise and draws no power. The material does not generate heat, so the surface remains at ambient temperature during extended sessions. The lightweight frame allows one person to reposition the unit between rooms without equipment or effort.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the 27 inch acrylic top hold without bending?

The surface is rated for 22 lbs, so notes, a laptop and a few small items stay secure on the slanted top.

Does the podium need any tools or extra parts to assemble and use?

No additional hardware is required; the stand ships as a single acrylic unit ready to place on any flat floor.

Will the 22.8 by 12.5 inch base sit steadily on the same carpet tiles as my existing desk?

Underside padding on the base protects carpet, hardwood or tile and prevents the stand from sliding during use.
