Bamboo Top Electric Standing Desk

This VIVO electric standing desk combines a 59 x 23.6 inch one-piece bamboo tabletop with a gray steel frame. The scratch-resistant surface provides ample space for dual monitors and accessories without seam breaks. A single motor delivers smooth height adjustment from 29.3 to 48.2 inches at 25mm per second. The push-button controller includes four memory presets for quick transitions.

Upgrade from Fixed-Height Desks

Replacing a static desk with this model adds powered sit-stand flexibility to a workstation. The 220 lb capacity supports heavy monitor arms and desktop PCs without wobble. The jump is worth it when daily posture changes are needed for comfort and the existing desk cannot be raised or lowered. Cable management clips help tidy the cords that accumulate with active height changes.

Check Space and Power Before Ordering

Verify the room accommodates the 59 x 23.6 inch footprint plus clearance for the 23.5 inch deep feet. Ensure a nearby mains outlet for the 1W standby motor; no battery option exists. Confirm the 0.75 inch top thickness suits monitor clamp mounts you already own. Assembly requires following the included instructions with all hardware provided.

Questions about this item

How much clearance does the 59 x 23.6 in bamboo top need on each side for the frame?

The frame feet measure 23.5 x 2.7 in, so allow at least that footprint plus a few centimetres for the lifting columns and cable clips.

Which step do people skip when assembling the electric frame?

Many forget to fully tighten the cross-support bolts before wiring the controller; loose bolts make the desk wobble at 48.2 in height.

When should the cable-management clips be replaced?

Replace clips once the adhesive backing loses grip or the plastic becomes brittle, typically after several years of daily height changes.
