Questions about this item

How do I mount the drawer brackets to a desk that is at least .75 inches thick, and what is the step people often miss?

Attach the side brackets to the drawer first, then secure them to the desk underside with the included hardware; the step often missed is verifying the desk can support 15.4 lbs total weight.

Will the smooth gliding tracks need lubrication or adjustment after extended daily use?

The tracks are designed for quiet, wobble-free operation without routine lubrication; if alignment shifts, loosen the bracket screws slightly, realign the drawer, and retighten.

At what load does the steel frame reach its limit during sustained use?

The frame is rated for 11 lbs of contents; exceeding this risks bending the rails or stripping the mounting screws into the desk.
