Sit-Stand Desk Converter

The VIVO Reclaimed Wood 36 inch desk riser converts a fixed-height desk into a height-adjustable workstation. A pneumatic spring lifts the top surface and keyboard tray together in one smooth motion. The reclaimed wood finish top measures 36 by 15.7 inches. A steel frame supports the structure.

Dual Monitor Users and Keyboard Tray Preference

This riser suits people who use two monitors or a monitor plus laptop and want the keyboard tray to rise with the desktop. The tray measures 36 by 11.8 inches with a 10.2 inch centre section. Buyers who need more than 33 pounds desktop capacity or more than 4.4 pounds tray capacity should consider a larger unit.

33 Pound Desktop Capacity

The top surface holds up to 33 pounds, which determines whether your monitors and accessories are supported. The keyboard tray holds up to 4.4 pounds. Height adjusts from 4.5 to 20 inches. The base footprint is 30 by 16 inches.

Questions about this item

How much desk depth does the 30 x 16 in base need?

The base measures 30 inches wide by 16 inches deep, so your existing desk must provide at least 16 inches of clear depth to sit flat and stable.

Which tool removes the keyboard tray, and what step do people skip?

Use the supplied hex tool to unscrew the tray brackets; the step often missed is loosening both side bolts evenly so the tray slides off without binding.

What part of the lift mechanism may need attention after extended use?

The single pneumatic spring handles the 4.5 to 20 in height range; if the riser stops holding position or drifts down, the spring cylinder is the component to replace.
