3-port HDMI 2.1 video switch 8K 60Hz
This HDMI switch routes three source devices to a single display using a manual button on the unit. It supports HDMI 2.1 and HDCP 2.3 for modern consoles, PCs and streaming sticks. The box includes a 5 ft HDMI 2.1 pigtail cable for immediate connection. No external power supply or driver installation is required for operation.
Passive switching thermals and power
The switch draws operating power directly from the connected HDMI sources, so it adds no heat or fan noise to the setup. With no active circuitry requiring external power, power draw remains negligible during normal use. The supplier notes that connecting two or three sources simultaneously helps ensure stable signal detection. This passive design keeps the unit completely silent in any environment.
Bundled 5 ft HDMI 2.1 cable
The included 5 ft HDMI 2.1 cable is rated for the full 48 Gbps bandwidth needed for 8K@60 Hz and 4K@120 Hz signals. Having a certified cable in the box removes the guesswork of finding a compatible lead separately. It enables plug-and-play installation straight from the package. No additional software or firmware updates are supplied or required.

Questions about this item
How do I connect the 5 ft pigtail cable and the three sources without losing 8K 60 Hz signal?
Plug the pigtail into the display, connect each source to an input port, then press the manual button to select; the switch draws power from the sources so keep at least two devices on to maintain the 48 Gbps link.
Will the mechanical switch button or the LED indicators wear out first with daily switching?
The button is rated for thousands of cycles and the LEDs are solid-state; neither has a published replacement interval, so no scheduled maintenance is required.
At what point does the 48 Gbps bandwidth limit appear when running 4K 120 Hz on all three ports?
The switch passes 48 Gbps per channel, so a single 4K 120 Hz stream fits; simultaneous 4K 120 Hz on multiple ports exceeds the shared upstream path and will drop frames first.
