Connects a 4-pin S-Video source to a TV or display with three RCA composite inputs using a 0.3 m adapter cable
This 0.3 m adapter converts a 4-pin S-Video male output to three RCA female ports — yellow for composite video, red and white for stereo audio. It lets you connect laptops, DVD players, set-top boxes or other S-Video sources to TVs, projectors or receivers that only accept RCA inputs. The cable is unidirectional; it does not carry signals from RCA to S-Video.
Check that your source device has a 4-pin mini-DIN S-Video output, not a 7-pin or 9-pin variant. Verify that the display or receiver provides three RCA inputs (yellow, red, white) and that you can select the correct TV system (PAL, NTSC, SECAM) and sound system on the source. The short length means both devices must sit close together or you will need a separate RCA extension.
Oxygen-free copper conductors and double spiral shielding protect the analogue signal from EMI and RFI. Moulded strain-relief collars and gripped connector housings withstand repeated plugging and unplugging. The PVC jacket stays flexible for routing behind equipment racks. Female RCA ports accept standard male RCA plugs; no tools or drivers are required.

The box contains one 0.3 m adapter with a 4-pin S-Video male plug on one end and three RCA female sockets on the other. You will still need a standard 3-RCA composite cable to run from the adapter to the TV.
The listing specifies a single length of approximately 0.3 m; no other lengths are mentioned.
Yes. The three RCA females carry composite video (yellow) plus left and right audio (red and white), so both picture and sound pass through the single S-Video connection.
