Dual-Monitor KVM for Four PCs

This Vszerda KVM switch lets two computers share two HDMI monitors and three USB 3.0 peripherals. It supports extended or mirrored desktop modes across both screens. The unit is driver-free on Windows, Mac OS, Linux and Chrome OS. A wired remote and front-panel button give instant switching.

Requires Two HDMI Outputs per PC

Each connected computer must provide two HDMI ports to drive both external displays. Maximum video performance is 3840×2160 at 60 Hz with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 at 18 Gbps. Lower resolutions such as 1080p and 3D formats are also supported. All cables and sources must meet the 4K@60Hz spec to reach that ceiling.

Plug-and-Play With Wired Remote

Connect the HDMI and USB cables, then press the button or use the included desktop controller to swap systems. No software installation is needed. The most common issue is attempting to run dual monitors from a laptop or PC that only has a single HDMI output, which prevents the second screen from activating.

Questions about this item

What does 4K@60Hz actually deliver on my dual-monitor setup?

The switch passes 3840×2160 at 60 Hz to each monitor when both source PCs and cables support that resolution; otherwise it falls back to 1080p or lower.

How does the HDMI 2.0 / HDCP 2.2 interface limit what I can display?

The 18 Gbps link caps output at 4K 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 copy protection; higher refresh rates or deeper colour depths need more bandwidth than this standard provides.

What physical connections must each PC have to use both screens?

Every computer needs two HDMI outputs to drive the two monitors; the switch also provides three USB 3.0 ports and a microphone/headphone jack for shared peripherals.
