4x2 HDMI matrix for dual displays

The Vszerda 4K 60Hz HDMI Matrix 4x2 Switch connects four HDMI 2.0b sources to two independent displays or projectors. Each output extracts audio simultaneously through optical SPDIF and 3.5 mm stereo jacks. HDCP 2.2 compliance and 18.5 Gbps bandwidth support protected 4K content at 60 Hz. An aluminium alloy enclosure aids heat dissipation in continuous-use installations.

Home theatre, office and education installs

Installers needing to route four 4K HDR sources to two screens with separate audio zones will benefit from the matrix architecture and EDID management. The unit also downscales 4K to 1080p per output for mixed-resolution setups. Buyers who require more than two simultaneous display zones or need eight-channel audio extraction should consider other solutions.

4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 with 18.5 Gbps bandwidth

The switch passes 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with RGB 8:8:8 colour sampling and 18.5 Gbps data rate. Deep-colour support reaches 48-bit, and HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2 ensures compatibility with current protected sources. This specification determines whether the matrix meets the resolution, colour depth and copy-protection needs of the installation.

Questions about this item

Will the SPDIF optical ports or 3.5 mm jacks need replacement after extended use?

The optical and analogue audio outputs are passive signal paths with no moving parts, so they do not wear out under normal operation.

What bandwidth ceiling limits sustained 4K 60 Hz video through the matrix?

The switch tops out at 18.5 Gbps with a TMDS clock of 600 MHz, which is the hard limit for continuous 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 signals.

How much heat does the aluminium chassis produce when the unit runs all day?

The aluminium shell acts as a passive heatsink; the device draws little power and stays warm rather than hot during continuous operation.
