Converts a DisplayPort output to HDMI for 4K at 60 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz, supplied as a two-pack
These adapters convert a DisplayPort output to an HDMI input, letting you connect monitors, TVs or projectors that only have HDMI ports. The pack contains two identical units for multi-display setups. They suit anyone adding a second screen or linking a laptop to a meeting-room display.
Each adapter uses a male DisplayPort plug and a female HDMI socket finished in gold for corrosion resistance. The embedded clock architecture reduces electromagnetic interference, helping maintain a stable picture. The short dongle format keeps strain off the source port and fits behind wall-mounted screens.
Verify the sending device has a standard DisplayPort output, not Mini DisplayPort or USB-C alt-mode, because this adapter only fits full-size DisplayPort. For 4K at 60 Hz use RGB, YCbCr444 or YCbCr422; for 1080p at 120 Hz the signal runs at YCbCr420 only. No driver install is required.

It uses DisplayPort 1.4 and caps at 4K resolution at 60Hz for standard colour formats, with 1080p at 120Hz available in YCbCr420 mode.
Each adapter has a male DisplayPort plug on one end and a female HDMI port on the other, so it plugs directly into a source DP output and accepts a standard HDMI cable.
Plug the DisplayPort end into the computer or graphics card, connect an HDMI cable to the female port, then select the correct input on the display; forgetting to switch the monitor input is the step most often missed.
