Lets two computers share dual monitors at up to 8K 60 Hz or 4K 144 Hz with three USB 3.0 ports and audio switching
This DisplayPort 1.4 KVM switch lets two computers share two monitors, a keyboard, a mouse and three USB 3.0 peripherals. It supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz with HDR10 and Dolby Vision pass-through. Driver-free operation covers Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, XP, macOS, Linux and Unix.
The unit runs without fans, so it adds no audible noise to a workstation or streaming setup. Power comes from the connected computers over USB, keeping consumption minimal. An optional 5 V external adapter is only required when high-draw USB devices such as hard drives are attached.
All DisplayPort and USB connectors face the rear, reducing cable clutter on the desk. Users can toggle between systems with the front-panel button or the included wired remote controller. The switch needs two DisplayPort outputs per computer and does not support single-port laptops without an adapter.

Connect each computer's DisplayPort output and USB cable to the rear ports, then attach both monitors to the two DisplayPort outputs; the step often missed is plugging the included 5 V power adapter when using bus-powered USB devices such as external drives.
No user-serviceable parts are inside; keep the rear DisplayPort, USB 3.0 and audio connectors dust-free and reseat cables if signal drop-outs appear after prolonged use.
The DisplayPort 1.4 link caps total bandwidth at 32.4 Gbps, so sustained 8K@60 Hz or 4K@144 Hz on both screens simultaneously may exceed the available throughput and force a lower refresh rate.
