Converts HDMI sources to DisplayPort displays at 4K 60 Hz or 1080p 120 Hz with USB power and aluminium housing
This unidirectional adapter carries video from an HDMI source to a DisplayPort monitor at up to 4K@60Hz, 2K@60Hz and 1080p@120Hz. It supports both mirroring and extended desktop modes for laptops, desktops, consoles and graphics cards. The aluminium housing aids heat dissipation during continuous use. Gold-plated connectors resist corrosion for stable signal transmission.
Connect the HDMI plug to the host and a DisplayPort cable to the screen; most devices work without extra power. If no image appears, attach the micro-USB power lead to a USB port or charger. The adapter will not function with VR headsets, KVM switches, hubs or docks, so those configurations must be avoided.
The aluminium case keeps temperatures low during long gaming or streaming sessions, preventing the signal dropouts that can occur with plastic-bodied converters. Backward compatible with 4K@30Hz, 1080p@60Hz, 1080i and 720p, it maintains a steady link without flicker over extended periods.

No published specifications for this item yet.
Check the monitor’s on-screen display or OS settings to confirm the active resolution reads 4K and the refresh rate shows 60 Hz; the aluminium housing should feel warm, indicating the converter is powered and processing the signal.
The adapter itself is supplied; you must supply an HDMI cable from the source, a DisplayPort cable to the monitor, and a micro-USB cable with a 5 V power source if the host port cannot drive the converter.
Choose 1080p at 120 Hz in the graphics control panel; the adapter supports that mode along with 4K at 60 Hz and lower rates such as 1080p at 60 Hz or 720p.
