What this switch does

The Vszerda HS-329 connects three HDMI sources to a single display at up to 4K@60Hz. It is built for users who need to toggle between a laptop, console and media player without swapping cables. The integrated pigtail cable reduces clutter on the output side.

Sustained switching behaviour

The unit maintains a stable 4K signal at 60 Hz during extended sessions and supports 3D, HDCP 2.2 and HDR pass-through. Automatic or manual port selection works reliably even after hours of continuous use. No external power supply is required for typical source devices.

The deciding spec

Maximum resolution is 4K@60Hz, so displays or sources that demand higher refresh rates or 8K will not work. Buyers needing more than three inputs or a separate audio extractor should look elsewhere. The compact 2.2 in x 2.9 in x 1.3 in chassis fits tight spaces.

Questions about this item

Does the Vszerda HS-329 generate heat or use noticeable power when running continuously?

The unit is a passive HDMI switch with no external power supply, so it draws negligible power and produces no measurable heat during all-day operation.

Which cables or adapters must I already own to connect three sources to one display?

You need three standard HDMI cables for the inputs and one HDMI cable for the output; the built-in pigtail cable serves as the output lead.

Will the HS-329 pass 4K 60 Hz HDR from an older console or Blu-ray player to a newer TV?

Yes, it supports 4K@60Hz, HDCP 2.2 and HDR, so older 4K sources will pass through to a compatible display without downgrading the signal.
