Vszerda JR36-63 20-32A Overload Relay

The Vszerda JR36-63 is a new adjustable thermal overload relay rated for 20-32A operation. It features a 3-pole configuration with one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact. This device suits electrical panels and motor control circuits requiring adjustable overload protection within the specified current range.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a thermal overload relay the unit relies on a bimetallic tripping mechanism that responds to sustained overcurrent heating. It produces no audible fan noise and draws negligible control-circuit power during normal operation. The relay mounts directly to a compatible contactor and dissipates heat through its terminal connections without active cooling.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Vszerda JR36-63 thermal overload relay with a 3-pole contactor and 1NO 1NC auxiliary contacts?

Mount the relay directly onto a compatible 3-pole contactor, then wire the 1NO contact to the control circuit stop and the 1NC contact to the start circuit for trip signalling.

What maintenance does the adjustable 20-32A thermal overload relay need after it trips?

Let the bimetal strips cool fully, identify and clear the over-current cause, then press the reset button; if nuisance tripping recurs, verify the dial is set to the motor's full-load current within the 20-32A range.
