  • Connect two USB devices via Micro USB OTG
  • Charge device while using peripherals through Micro Female port
  • Compatible with Android tablets and smartphones
  • Micro USB Male to dual USB Female splitter

Connecting USB peripherals to mobile devices

This splitter cable lets you attach two USB accessories such as a keyboard and a flash drive to an Android phone or tablet through its micro USB port. A dedicated micro USB female socket is included so the host device can be charged at the same time. The adapter is intended for users who need basic OTG expansion without a powered hub.

Low power draw and passive operation

The cable draws only the small amount of current required by the connected peripherals and the host OTG controller. No fan or active cooling is present so operation is completely silent. Power consumption stays within the limits of a standard mobile USB port under normal use.

Questions about this item

How do I connect this Vszerda Micro USB OTG splitter to my Android tablet so both USB ports work?

Plug the Micro USB male connector into the tablet's port, then attach peripherals to the two USB female sockets; the extra Micro USB female port is for power only and must receive a charger if the connected devices draw more current than the tablet can supply.

What upkeep will the Vszerda Micro USB to Dual USB Cable need over time?

Inspect the Micro USB male plug and both female sockets for lint or bent pins; if the cable becomes intermittent, replace the whole assembly since the moulded connectors are not serviceable.
