Mini DP to DisplayPort 8K Adapter

The Vszerda adapter connects laptops or desktops equipped with Mini DisplayPort to monitors with standard DisplayPort inputs. It also works in the opposite direction from a DisplayPort source to a Mini DisplayPort display. A separate Mini DP cable is required for either connection and is not included. The device handles video only and does not support data transfer.

8K 60 Hz and 4K 144 Hz headroom

Maximum supported resolution is 7680x4320 at 60 Hz, with 4K available at up to 144 Hz. The bi‑directional design covers both Mini DP source to DP display and DP source to Mini DP display scenarios. When driving a Mini DP monitor from a DisplayPort computer the monitor must accept video over its Mini DP port; Thunderbolt 1 and 2 ports will not work. The host Mini DP port must also support DP Alternate Mode.

DisplayPort 1.4 bi‑directional specification

This converter implements the DisplayPort 1.4 standard for ultra‑high‑definition video. It is not suitable for buyers who need data or USB‑C tunnelling through the same link. Compatibility depends on the host supporting DP Alternate Mode and the target monitor accepting video over Mini DisplayPort.
