A dual-monitor KVM switch sharing two computers, three USB 3.0 ports and audio with 4K@60Hz and 1080p support
This USB 3.0 HDMI KVM switch lets two computers share two monitors, one keyboard, one mouse and three USB 3.0 peripherals. It is built for users who need a dual-monitor workstation that can instantly toggle between two separate systems. Cross-display modes also allow each computer to appear on a different screen simultaneously. It suits multi-system developers, streamers and office setups.
The unit draws power from the connected computers through the USB 3.0 links and requires no external power adapter. Passive cooling keeps it silent during normal operation. No fan noise or measurable heat output is produced when switching between 4K@60Hz or 1080P@60Hz video signals. Power consumption remains negligible for the host systems.
A wired remote button is included for desk-side switching without reaching the front panel. EDID emulation built into the switch stores each monitor’s resolution and refresh rate, preventing display reconfiguration when inputs change. Three USB 3.0 ports and separate audio and microphone jacks let printers, headsets and other peripherals stay connected to the active computer automatically.

Connect each PC to both HDMI inputs (PC1-A, PC1-B, PC2-A, PC2-B) and each monitor to an HDMI output; the step often missed is matching the chosen display mode — extended, mirrored, spliced or cross-display — with the correct front-panel button sequence so the EDID emulators keep the right resolution on each screen.
No internal parts require scheduled replacement; keep the three USB 3.0 ports and the audio/microphone jacks free of dust, and if the wired remote button becomes unresponsive simply replace the remote cable.
The USB 3.0 hub is limited to 5 Gbps total bandwidth, so sustained high-speed transfers on all three ports simultaneously will saturate the link before the HDMI 4K 60 Hz video path does.
