This Vszerda switch lets two computers share one USB 3.0 peripheral or lets one computer alternate between two USB devices with a single button press. It supports keyboards, mice, hubs, printers and similar accessories. No driver installation is required and the unit works with Windows, Mac OS, Linux and Chrome OS out of the box.

Setup checklist for your computers

Each system must provide a USB 3.0, 2.0 or 1.1 port and run one of the supported operating systems. Two 1 metre USB 3.0 cables are included so you can connect both computers immediately. For power-hungry peripherals or hubs, use the supplied 3.3 foot micro USB power cable and a separate 10 W USB power adapter, which is not included.

Thermals noise and power draw

The switch is a passive solid-state device with no fans or moving parts, so it produces no audible noise and adds negligible heat to a desk setup. It draws only the small amount of power needed for its internal logic from the host USB ports.
