This Vszerda adapter connects a USB 3.0 Type-A port on a Windows or macOS computer to an HDMI-equipped monitor, projector or television. It supports resolutions up to 1920×1080 at 60 Hz when plugged into a USB 3.0 port and carries both video and audio. A built-in driver must be installed and the system rebooted before use. The adapter does not function through hubs or docks.

Upgrade from USB 2.0 video output

On a USB 2.0 port the adapter is limited to 720P resolution, so the quality jump to 1080P is only realised with a native USB 3.0 connection. It adds a second screen to laptops or desktops that lack a spare HDMI port and works on Windows 7 through 11 plus macOS 10.15 and newer. Older macOS releases and Windows Vista are not supported, and ChromeOS devices will not work.

Handles 1080P at 60 Hz for office work
