Adds seven USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports — three Type-C and four Type-A — delivering up to 10 Gbps per port with 20 Gbps total bandwidth across two controllers
This PCI Express card adds three USB Type-C and four USB Type-A ports to a desktop computer. It fits x4, x8 or x16 slots and works with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and macOS 10.8.2 or later. Driver installation is required for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Server editions but not for Windows 10, 11, macOS or Linux. The card targets users who need more high-speed ports for external drives, peripherals or VR headsets.
One USB-C port and two USB-A ports share a 10 Gbps pool, while the remaining four ports share a second 10 Gbps pool, giving a total of 20 Gbps aggregate bandwidth. Each individual port can reach 10 Gbps when used alone, but simultaneous transfers divide the available throughput. Actual speed is limited by the connected device and the PCIe generation of the host slot.
The card installs into any free PCI Express x4, x8 or x16 slot after the PC is shut down and the power cord removed for two minutes. No external power connector is mentioned, so the slot supplies all needed power. Common issues include forgetting the mandatory power-down wait, omitting drivers on older Windows versions, and expecting full 10 Gbps per port when multiple devices are active simultaneously.

This card comes with exactly three Type-C and four Type-A ports; no other port mix is offered.
Each port can reach 10 Gbps when used alone; one Type-C and two Type-A ports share one 10 Gbps lane while the other four ports share a second 10 Gbps lane, giving 20 Gbps total.
The card fits x4, x8 or x16 PCIe 3.0 or 2.0 slots; the slot width does not limit the two 10 Gbps USB lanes provided by the controller.
