Right-angle USB-C cable for gaming and media

This 6.6 ft cable uses a 90-degree L-shaped connector to reduce strain on the port while you play games, watch video or read. The design limits abrasion and stretching during use. It carries 20 Gbps data under the USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 standard and supports 240 W Power Delivery. Thunderbolt 3 and 4 hosts are compatible.

Single-cable dock replacement for USB-C laptops

One male-to-male cable handles charging, 4K 60 Hz video and 20 Gbps data simultaneously. It needs a host port with DisplayPort Alt Mode to drive a monitor at 3840×2160. The 24-pin connector carries all signals without an adapter. It frees up a second port on the laptop for peripherals.

Sustained 240 W charging and 20 Gbps throughput

The cable delivers 240 W continuously, reaching 50 % charge in 25 minutes and full charge in 48 minutes. Thermal design keeps the connector cool during long transfers to external SSDs. Actual data rate depends on the host controller protocol. Video output remains stable at 4K 60 Hz only when the source supports DP Alt Mode.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum data rate this cable can sustain before the link becomes the bottleneck?

The cable is rated for 20Gbps under the USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 specification, so sustained transfers will hit that ceiling first.

How warm does the cable get and how much power does it draw when delivering 240W continuously?

At 240W PD the cable carries 5A; expect noticeable warmth along the 6.6ft length during all-day charging, but no active cooling is involved.

Which port feature must my laptop or monitor already support for the 4K 60Hz video output to work?

The host and display USB-C ports must both implement DisplayPort Alternate Mode; without DP Alt Mode the video function will not activate.
