Dual Probe Thermometer for Kitchen and Grill
The Vuwwey instant-read thermometer uses two wired probes to monitor food and ambient temperatures at the same time. It covers a range of -58 to 572°F with an accuracy of ±2°F (±1°C) and delivers a reading in three seconds. The large 1.8" backlit display stays clear in low light, and a hold button locks the value on screen.
Upgrade from Single Probe or Analog Models
Moving from a single-probe or dial thermometer lets you track meat and oven temperature together without opening the door. The jump is worth it when you regularly roast, smoke or deep-fry and need hands-free alerts for both targets. A rotatable probe powers the unit on or off, and a magnet on the back stores it on any steel surface.
Limits of the Wired Probe Design
Each probe connects through a 40-inch cable that must reach from the cooker to the countertop, so very large smokers or distant workstations may need careful placement. The cables and probe tips are not rated for direct flame or temperatures above 572°F, and the unit has no wireless or app connectivity. Calibration uses an ice-water reference and the Cal button.

Questions about this item
How much clearance does the 40-inch wire need between the probe tip and the main unit?
The wired probe has a 40-inch cable, so the oven, grill or smoker door must close without pinching that length while the probe tip stays in the food.
What is the correct way to rotate the probe to turn the unit on, and which mistake causes it to stay off?
Rotate the probe away from the body until it clicks into the open position; folding it back before the click leaves the thermometer off.
When should the ±1°C accuracy be checked again using the CAL button and an ice-water mixture?
Recalibrate whenever readings drift from expected doneness or after the thermometer has been dropped or exposed to extreme heat beyond 572°F.
